The proposed project will restore the historic former Masonic Hall at 175 Main Street as a small-scale private event venue serving the residents and businesses of Watertown and the surrounding communities. Rather than creating a nightclub or high-intensity entertainment venue, the project will preserve the building's historic function as a community gathering place while generating economic activity for Main Street. The venue will focus on private reservations, community organizations, family celebrations, business meetings, and educational programs.
